The coronavirus (COVID-19), which arrived in early 2020, is transforming the way people live and work, as well affecting businesses organizations every industry. In hospitality sectors, employees play a decisive role ensuring that guests have an enjoyable stay. Therefore, it essential for each employee to strive work improvement. This study looked at how job satisfaction organizational citizenship behavior were affected by green human resource management quality of life work. There 149 responses survey. Instrumental tests like validity reliability hypothesis testing with SPSS SEM program analysis used analyze this research. order confirm instrument's dependability, examines perceptions Hotel Mercure Jakarta. findings demonstrated satisfaction, life, are all positively impacted management.
